Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Service & Repairs
- Attend breakdown calls for forklifts, reach trucks, stackers, BOPT, VNA, and other MHE at customer sites.
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic faults using technical manuals and diagnostic tools.
- Carry out repairs, component replacements, and testing to restore equipment within agreed TAT.

2. Preventive & Planned Maintenance
- Execute scheduled PM as per OEM guidelines to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Inspect battery, charger, motor, controller, hydraulics, mast, and safety systems during PM visits.
- Update service reports and recommend parts replacement before failure.

3. Customer Support
- Provide on-site technical guidance to operators and fleet in-charges on protected equipment usage.
- Handle first-level customer escalations and explain repair actions clearly.
- Support customers during AMC execution and warranty jobs.

4. Parts & Warranty
- Identify required spare parts and raise requisitions with mínimal error.
- Support warranty claim process with proper diagnosis, photos, and failure reports.




- Ensure replaced parts are returned as per OEM/dealer policy.

5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and digital service logs.
- Update CRM/service app with visit details, TAT, and customer feedback.
- Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and OEM service standards during field work.

6. Inventory & Tools
- Maintain service van stock, tools, and calibration equipment.
- Ensure proper handling of test equipment, laptop, and diagnostic software.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MHE: IC forklifts, electric forklifts, reach trucks, battery & charger systems, AC/DC motors, controllers
- Troubleshooting of hydraulics, electrics, and electronics
- Reading wiring diagrams, hydraulic circuits, and service manuals
- Customer handling and communication at site
- Basic MS Office / service app usage for reporting

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹27,500.00 pe
