Job Summary:
We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Field Sales Professional to drive business growth through customer acquisition, channel partner development, and relationship management within the IT Distribution ecosystem. The role involves direct engagement with customers, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners to generate demand, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through regular market visits and prospecting activities.
- Drive new customer acquisition and business expansion initiatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities and strengthen engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.

Channel Partner Management
- Develop and manage relationships with resellers, system integrators, VARs, and other channel partners.
- Support partners in identifying opportunities and growing their business.
