Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Update room rates, availability, promotions, and packages on OTA channels.
- Monitor daily online bookings and ensure reservation accuracy.
- Optimize hotel visibility, rankings, and performance on OTA platforms.
- Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and revenue teams for seamless booking management.
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy reports, and competitor pricing.
- Resolve OTA-related issues, guest booking discrepancies, and channel connectivity concerns.
- Maintain rate parity across all online distribution channels.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase online sales.
- Generate regular reports on OTA performance, revenue, and occupancy.




- Build and maintain relationships with OTA account managers.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management systems.
- Understanding of hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS) and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
