Key Responsibilities:
3. Documentation and Data Management:Create, format, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of files and data, using shared drives and databases as necessary. Track key project metrics, deadlines, and progress, keeping stakeholders informed.

4. Project Coordination and Follow-up: Support project management by tracking task completion, coordinating with team members, and managing deadlines. Conduct follow-up on various tasks, assignments, and projects to ensure timely completion.

5. Basic Research and Reporting: Conduct online research to gather information on specific topics, prepare reports, and present findings concisely. Assist with gathering competitive analysis, industry trends, or other data-driven insights as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant.
- Technological Proficiency:



Comfortable with virtual tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Clockify, Zoho, Asana/Trello, and CRM systems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the brand professionally.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate, thorough, and conscientious in every task.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful in finding solutions, handling unexpected challenges independently.
- Language: Must be Fluent in English

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
