Key Responsibilities:
- Project Handover:Understand the technical and commercial scope of customer projects through detailed handover from the sales team.
- Project Management:Manage hybrid projects, including both hardware and software components, along with customized development services.
- Timeline Management:Plan and oversee the project delivery timeline with structured documentation and consistent progress reporting.
- Customer Success:Ensure customer goals and success are aligned with project deliverables through a deep understanding of their needs.
Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal technical teams and management to schedule tasks and align resources for timely project delivery.
- Tool Management:Use internal back-office management tools to maintain up-to-date project details and progress.
- Project Management Software:Utilize and be proficient in project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Jira, Bitrix24, etc.
- Remote Collaboration:Work efficiently in a remote-first workplace using asynchronous communication while coordinating across various time zones.
- Certifications and Compliances: As our products (hardware and software platform) are sold to customers globally, the Customer Project Manager is also expected to understand the regional requirements of product certifications and compliances and liaise with the correct agencies to obtain these on behalf of the company.
- Technical Scoping: Translate customer requirements into technical specifications alongside engineering teams, and flag technical risks or trade-offs early in the project lifecycle.
