About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hardware Procurement & Asset Management Intern to support IT hardware procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking activities for a client project. This internship offers valuable exposure to procurement operations, asset lifecycle management, and IT infrastructure processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in hardware procurement and vendor coordination activities.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory records.
- Track hardware deliveries, deployments, and returns.
- Support asset tagging and documentation processes.
- Generate and maintain procurement and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate asset management.
- Ensure compliance with asset management procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.




- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and computer systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a US Shift environment.

- Understanding of procurement processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
