Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of post-tensioning projects.
- Support project engineers in day-to-day project coordination and documentation.
- Coordinate with project sites, clients, contractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, records, and MIS.
- Monitor project progress and update tracking sheets.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and material coordination.
- Prepare daily and monthly project reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Visit project sites as and when required.




- Perform other technical and operational tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma (DE) or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or industrial training experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and project documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork and collaborative approach.
- Result-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain project records and documentation accurately.
