Role: Project Manager

Location: Mogappair,Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
- ⁠ ⁠Project Tracking: Planned, monitored, and updated project timelines to ensure timely completion of all milestones.
- ⁠ ⁠Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Served as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and trades, ensuring alignment with project scope and deliverables.
- ⁠ ⁠Site Supervision: Conducted regular meetings with site engineers to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- ⁠ ⁠Wastage Control: Oversaw material planning and cost control measures to minimize wastage and optimize resource utilisation.
- ⁠ ⁠Quality & Compliance: Ensured adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and approved specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- ⁠ ⁠Business Support: Assisted in cost estimation, feasibility analysis and operational improvements to support business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ⁠ ⁠Education:



Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience: 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
- ⁠ ⁠Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand 2D architectural drawings, floor plans and interior elevations.
- ⁠ ⁠Software Proficiency: Robust skills in Microsoft Excel and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a bonus.
- ⁠ ⁠Organizational Skills: Exceptional time-management abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- ⁠ ⁠Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logístical issues and material delays effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
