Field Sales Executive - Commercial Kitchen Solutions

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

This role involves regular interaction with hotels, restaurants, consultants, architects, contractors, and hospitality industry decision-makers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Visit assigned clients and prospects as per route plans.
- Generate recent leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Identify upcoming hospitality and commercial kitchen projects.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales within company guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist customers during site visits and project discussions.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.




- Support payment follow-ups and required documentation.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service.

Mobile App Promotion
- Demonstrate features such as:
- Service Request Registration
- Product Catalog Access
- Warranty & AMC Information
- Customer Support Services
- Record installation and customer onboarding activities.

Reporting & Target Achievement
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports.

RequirementsMandatory

✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ 2-3 years of Field Sales or B2B Sales experience
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated
