Printing Supervisor / Junior Printing Supervisor - Custom Packaging Industry

Position:
1. Printing Supervisor
- Experience: 8-10+ Years
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

2. Junior Printing Supervisor
- Experience: 2-4 Years
- Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Printing Supervisor / Junior Printing Supervisor to manage daily printing operations, supervise machine operators, ensure print quality, and support production planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and calculate costing for packaging jobs based on paper size, sheet utilization, material consumption, printing costs, and wastage.
- Calculate paper yield (ups per sheet) and optimize layouts to minimize wastage and improve profitability.
- Supervise daily printing operations and machine operators.
- Ensure print quality, color consistency, registration, and production standards.
- Plan and prioritize print jobs as per production schedules.
- Coordinate with Pre-Press, Post-Press, Production, Procurement,



and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor machine performance, productivity, and material usage.
- Troubleshoot printing and production-related issues.
- Maintain production, costing, and job records using computer systems and Excel.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality and reducing wastage.
