Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager- Finance Operationsto oversee a diverse team comprising resourcessupporting the ANZregion. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across finance processes, while fostering team growth and leveraging tools and technology for efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals across OTC function including Collections management.
- Ensure smooth Transition of OTC processes from on shore / Third Party vendor to GCC insourcing
- Provide day ‑ to ‑ day oversight, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of high ‑ quality outputs.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues across invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense audits.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross ‑ functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations.




- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization across OTC process.
- Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards).
- Implement best practices to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.

Team Development & Growth
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and career progression.
- Foster a team-oriented, high ‑ performance culture with emphasis on accountability and continuous learning.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Operational Excellence- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, prepare executive ‑ level reporting, and drive corrective actions where needed.
