1. Role Objective As the Sales Executive, you will be the "Growth Engine" for Crumbella in your city.To drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring current customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, promoting crunchew products or services, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business development through effective sales strategies and customer service.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in expanding the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new distributors, stockists, and retail partners within the assigned territory.Achieve monthly Primary Sales (Company to Distributor) and Secondary Sales (Distributor to Retailer) targets as assigned.Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail outlets.Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines, including shelf placement, eye-level visibility, and planogram compliance.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers,



and key customers to drive sales growth.Execute sales promotion activities and support the implementation of marketing campaigns in the assigned territory.Monitor stock availability at distributor and retail levels to prevent stock-outs and maximize sales opportunities.Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) accurately and on time, while tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Utilize CRM tools and communication platforms to maintain sales records and provide timely updates to management.Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities to ensure timely receivables and minimize payment defaults.Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and customer satisfaction.Continuously identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory growth and market penetration.
