We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our vessel fabrication shop.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) - Mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing industry
- Experience in supervising both skilled and unskilled laborers
- Positive knowledge of welding processes and fabrication activities
- Ability to plan, monitor, and coordinate shop floor operations
- Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities
- Manage workforce allocation and productivity
- Monitor quality and safety compliance
- Coordinate with production and management teams
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Ensure materials and resources are utilized efficiently

Experience: Minimum 5 years (required)

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
