Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Bengaluru. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will evaluate, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, spine issues, and sports injuries. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, conducting pre
- and post-operative assessments,



and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. The role also involves supervising junior medical staff, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case discussions, and adhering to hospital protocols and evidence-based guidelines. The Orthopaedic Surgeon is expected to contribute to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with expertise in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions.
- Advanced skills in Orthopedic Surgery and general Surgery, including elective and trauma procedures.
- Specialized knowledge in Orthopedics and Spine care, including conservative and surgical management.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with completed specialization in Orthopaedics (MS/DNB or equivalent).
- Valid medical council registration and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
