KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Existing Customer Accounts & Regular Follow-ups
Coordinate with Customers for Orders, Dispatch & Delivery Updates
Sales Order Processing & Documentation
Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices & Sales Reports
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch & Accounts Teams
Customer Communication & Query Resolution
Maintain MIS Reports & Sales Records
Ensure Timely Execution of Customer Requirements
Support Sales Team with Backend Coordination Activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
