Job Description Summary

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with the team, build relationships & collaborate better
- Stay up to date with industry news, learn Residential terms & lingo
- Keep a track of new launches and mark key residential projects
- Handle client requests and match them with right properties
- Explore markets and gather on-ground insights
- Manage database of key contacts from develops & investors
- Help promote Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Who You are
- Highly organized individual who loves to multi-task
- A lot of drive to grow professionally in Property Consulting
- Willing to travel within city (About 10-20% of office time, if required)
- Communicates well verbally and works with others
- No previous experience is required; but a genuine interest in real estate is important
