Role Objective

To independently manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, banking operations, financial reporting, and commercial documentation for multiple business entities within the group while ensuring complete accuracy, compliance, and financial discipline.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of practical accounting experience.
- Prior working experience under a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Statutory Audit
- Tax Audit
- GST Audit
- Internal Audit
- Experience in handling accounts of multiple entities shall be preferred.

Technical Competency
- Robust knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- PF & ESI Compliance
- Accounting Standards
- Proficiency in:
- Tally Prime
- Advanced MS Excel
- MIS Reporting

Mandatory Capability




- Maintaining complete books of accounts.
- Finalizing books of accounts up to audit stage.
- Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
- Preparing audit schedules and reconciliations.
- Handling statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinating with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities.
- Managing accounting functions with mínimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Control
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record and verify accounting transactions.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and periodic account reconciliation.
- Conduct month-end and year-end account closure.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation.

Taxation & Compliance
- GST reconciliation and complian
