Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participates in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem solving.
- Uses AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation.
- Contributes to code quality, performance, security, and maintainability by following engineering standards.
- Develops and maintains tools, automation, and processes that support software delivery.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Continuously learns new technologies and contributes ideas to improve engineering practices.Estimates assigned work and delivers quality solutions on schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and up-to-date software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging,



and collaboration skills.Ability to learn new technologies and business domains with attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development.
