The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Define enterprise architecture, target-state roadmaps, transition architectures, and technology modernization plans.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, governance models, reference architectures, and design review processes.
- Translate business strategy and client priorities into technology strategy, execution roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.- Guide modernization using patterns such as API-first design, microservices, event-driven architecture, serverless, containers, edge computing, and composable platforms.




- Bring awareness of modern builder platforms and stacks such as Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Vercel, Supabase, PostgreSQL, APIs, serverless functions, vector search, and AI SDK patterns.
- Support AI-enabled transformation, including RAG, agentic workflows, copilots, model integration, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, and observability.
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to define product vision, MVP scope, user journeys, business cases, success metrics, and release roadmaps.
- Help clients decide what to build, buy, modernize, retire, automate, or scale.
- Lead strategic options analysis and present clear trade-offs across cost, risk, speed, scalability, resilience, and business value.
- Support RFPs, solution shaping, technical due diligence, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
