Role overview:
We are looking for a Presales & Customer Success Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in product presales, customer success, implementation coordination, or customer-facing technical roles.

The role will cover the complete customer journey, right from presales discussions, product demonstrations, requirement understanding, proposal support, and proof-of-concept activities to project implementation coordination, customer onboarding,



relationship management, periodic health checks, and ensuring continued customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Presales Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Conduct product demonstrations of NXRADAR for prospects and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant NXRADAR features and capabilities.
- Prepare presentations, solution notes, proposals, and technical responses.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and customer evaluations.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for customer-specific requirements and clarifications.
- Explain product use cases, benefits, workflows, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
