We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Managerto manage and grow relationships with our domestic and International clients across Digital Marketing services.

Location: Noida (Sector 62) - Work From Office

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Design, Development, and other internal teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and client communications
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services
- Track project progress, escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Monitor account performance and prepare periodic reports and updates
- Support contract management, renewals, and payment follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client business objectives

Eligibility Criteria




- Mandatory experience in Digital Marketing and IT Services industry
- Strong understanding of services such as SEO, Paid Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and related digital solutions
- Experience handling domestic clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings whenever required

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services company
- Knowledge of project management and CRM tools
- Robust reporting and account performance tracking skills
