Job Title: Maintenance Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain generators, electrical systems, lifts, water supply, and other utilities.
- Coordinate with service providers and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service schedules, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections of company premises and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Monitor utility consumption and report any abnormalities.
- Support office administration in facility-related requirements.

Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, generator, and building maintenance systems.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 1-5 Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
