Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Architecture or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for a curious, research-oriented Horticulture professional to join our multidisciplinary design studio and work on innovative landscape, ecological and sustainable-building projects.

This is an opportunity for a fresher who wants to go beyond routine gardening and horticultural work and explore plants, ecology, climate, soil, water, biodiversity and sustainable landscapes through research, experimentation and real projects.

What You Will Do

Research plants suitable for Gujarat's hot and dry climate.

Study native, indigenous, drought-tolerant and climate-resilient species.

Develop and test new planting techniques and landscape systems.

Conduct small-scale experiments related to soil, irrigation, composting, plant growth and water conservation.

Research urban biodiversity, ecological restoration and habitat creation.





Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, engineers and other specialists.

Visit sites, nurseries, farms, forests and research institutions for field studies.

Maintain systematic records of experiments, observations and results.

Prepare research reports, plant databases, technical notes and case studies.

Assist in developing research papers and presentations for conferences, journals and professional publications.

Help develop creative horticultural solutions that can be incorporated into real architectural and landscape projects.
