Social Media Manager (Account Manager)

Location:Pune (hybrid - 2 days WFO)
Working Hours:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary:₹45,000 - ₹50,000 pm
Probation:There is a 2-week probation period with a salary of 10,000. After the probation period, the salary will increase to between ₹45,000 - ₹50,000.

About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to handle and grow our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. This role is best suited for someone experienced, independent, and confident in managing social media strategy, content, and performance without training or supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Manage content planning, posting, and scheduling across platforms
- Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize content based on insights
- Coordinate with design/content teams and handle audience engagement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Robust portfolio of work (brand pages)
- Good knowledge of social media tools, trends, analytics, and copywriting




- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent knowledge of analytical tools and platforms.

Work Structure:
- Location: Pune

- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Post-probation Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000(based on experience and performance)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
