Position Description:
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica.
- Develop and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Create and maintain data integration processes to support business requirements.
- Develop scripts and automate tasks using Python.
- Support Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data analysis initiatives.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ETL processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data integration solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Informatica development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Informatica ETL.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools and reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good development and technical documentation experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work from the client's office in Chennai.
Good-to-Have Skills
- BFSI/Insurance domain experience.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Exposure to performance tuning and data quality frameworks.
