Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through creative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.

SUMMARY

Natus Sensory is seeking a senior AI Architect to design and deploy a secure, scalable enterprise AI ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

This is a high-impact role responsible for reducing manual work, preventing operational errors, and enabling AI-driven automation across business functions in a governed, compliant environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise AI Architecture (20%)




- Design and implement a Microsoft-aligned enterprise AI architecture (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform)
- Define scalable, reusable AI patterns across business functions
- Establish reference architectures for enterprise AI adoption

Agentic AI & Copilot Development (45%)
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks
- Develop enterprise copilots integrated with Salesforce, ERP, and M365
- Implement multi-agent workflows capable of:
- Multi-step reasoning and decision-making
- Cross-system execution via APIs
- Build agent capabilities including:
- Tool orchestration
- Prompt engineering strategies
- Memory/context management
- Failure handling and fallback logic
- Manage agent lifecycle using GitHub (version control, CI/CD) and enterprise deployment pipelines

AI-Dirven Operational Transformation (10%)
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Stud
