You will work closely with marketing, design, content, and sales teams to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through data-driven campaigns and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels.
- Create and manage social media marketing initiatives including content planning, outreach, engagement, and growth.
- Optimize and manage LinkedIn profiles (founder and company page) to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and lead generation results.
- Support SEO initiatives, website content publishing, and keyword research.
- Track digital marketing activities and maintain performance reports and campaign analytics.
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution and creative development.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and product/service launches.
- Run performance experiments and optimization initiatives to improve marketing outcomes.
- Prepare MIS and campaign performance reports based on digital marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and SEO basics.
- Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of paid ads, campaign optimization, and lead generation strategies.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
