We are looking for Technical Support Specialist to join our consulting team based in our Montreal office.
- This position is onsite in Cambridge, with the possibility of requirement at the Mississauga location, Ontario.

Tâches

Key Responsibility: Deliver first-level support to both remote and on-site Gore employees, while managing end-to-end asset lifecycle activities, including configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Strong customer service and support acumen
- Technical diagnosing and Troubleshooting ability
- Ability to multitask and time management
- Working Conditions:
- Minimal Work activities involve alternating positions of light physical activities. Majority of time is spent in a comfortable position with frequent prospect to move about at will.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs (22kg)
- Possible travel to Mississauga and Toronto locations.
- Shift assignments are between 8:00AM - 5:00PM (7.5h shifts)
