Designation - Project Manager

Qualification
- B. Tech or Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry.

Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Plan all installation projects with the required sub-contractors based on specific project needs. Ensure that work begins smoothly on site and that every project is handed over to the client with complete and proper documentation.
- Assign tasks to skilled team members based on their individual expertise, experience, and the specific requirements of each project to ensure productive execution.
- Study flooring CAD files and project drawings carefully to conduct accurate cost estimations. Provide the sales team and clients with realistic, well-calculated budgets.
- Ensure that client billing and payment recovery for all locations is completed on time as per the project stages. Track all outstanding payments on a weekly basis to avoid any delays.
- Monitor project financials across all Pan India locations.



Track all expenditures on a regular basis to ensure costs remain within the approved budget and prevent any overruns.
- Implement effective site management strategies to optimise operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of all installation and service sites.
- Identify and onboard qualified sub-contractors through a thorough and rigorous evaluation of their technical expertise, past work experience, and capabilities.
- Explore and implement innovative construction and installation methods to continuously enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity on site.
- Conduct regular review meetings with all site in-charges to discuss project progress, address on-site challenges, and present timely reports to senior management.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to secure the most favourable terms. Contribute to overall budget efficiency and cost savings for the company.
