Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Wada & Vasai (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Manage compensation, benefits, attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,527.14 - ₹34,540.43 per month
