Job Summary: As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will engage with customers visiting our showroom, assist them in understanding the features and benefits of our products, and ultimately close sales transactions. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

This job will be for 6 days Mon to Sat a week 10 am to 8 pm. No remote working option.

There is no PF offered for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Close sales transactions effectively.




- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is tidy.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valuable computer proficiency.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
