Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling Audit
- Audit contractor and subcontractor RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify quantities with BOQ, approved drawings, and work completion reports.
- Check billing rates as per contract and work orders.
- Validate client billing before submission.
- Review variation orders, extra items, and non-BOQ work.

Documentation Verification
- Verify Measurement Books (MB), BOQs, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and supporting documents.
- Ensure bills are supported by approved site measurements.
- Check GST invoices, tax compliance, and statutory deductions.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.

Commercial & Cost Control
- Identify duplicate, excess, or incorrect billing.
- Monitor project-wise billing against approved budgets.
- Highlight cost overruns and commercial risks.
- Verify material reconciliation for major items such as steel, cement, and concrete.

Compliance & Internal Control
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contracts, and commercial terms.




- Support internal and external audits.
- Recommend improvements in billing processes and internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to contractual payment milestones and approval workflows.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, QS, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with contractors and vendors.
- Follow up on pending approvals and payment certifications.

MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports.
- Track pending bills, audit observations, recoveries, and billing status.
- Present audit findings to management with recommendations.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Quantity Surveying.
- Understanding of construction contracts and billing procedures.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VL
