We are looking for a Service Engineer to support installation, servicing, and calibration of analytical instruments across customer sites in the Gujarat region. The role involves hands-on technical work, travel, and direct interaction with customers in industrial and laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and validation of analytical instruments at customer locations.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing to ensure reliable instrument performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues.
- Provide in office technical support and respond to customer service calls in a timely manner.
- Prepare service reports, calibration certificates, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas principals for technical support and escalations when required.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service activities, calibration results, and technical explanations.





Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing electronic or analytical instruments.
- Strong knowledge of electronics and instrumentation.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Good communication skills in English and Gujarati (verbal and written).
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
