The organization is undergoing a strategic transformation toward standardized, product-centric delivery models, enabling faster innovation, improved compliance, and greater operational efficiency across markets.

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product & Engineering organization. In this role,



you will act as the business-facing owner of the product backlog, translating complex business and client needs into actionable requirements and ensuring efficient execution within agile teams.

You will operate in a highly dynamic, client-facing workplace, balancing competing priorities and driving predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with both customer expectations and platform constraints.

Role

In this role, you will:
Product & Backlog Ownership
- Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals, product strategy, and client expectations
- Translate stakeholder and client requirements into well-defined epics, features, and user stories
- Maintain high-quality backlog readiness to support continuous delivery

Delivery Execution
- Drive day-to-day execution, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered within agreed timelines
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planni
