Job Title:Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Information Technology (IT)

Location:Mumbai (Bandra)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive IT professional to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, security, systems, and end-user support. The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations, cybersecurity compliance, vendor management, and technology enablement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Security
- Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure system uptime, performance, and security compliance
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventive measures

2. Microsoft 365 & User Management
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and cloud services
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity administration through Entra ID / Active Directory
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and access control

3. IT Support & Operations




- Act as SPOC for all IT-related support and issue resolution
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and smooth daily operations
- Maintain IT documentation and service standards

4. Vendor & Project Management
- Manage IT vendors, procurement, and service providers
- Support budgeting, renewals, and cost optimization
- Drive IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4-7 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, networking, and cybersecurity
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹9,277.20 - ₹55,000.00 per month
