We’re Hiring: Associate / Sr. Associate - Compliance Operations

We are hiring for a leading client in the Service Industry for multiple locations across Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, and Kolkata.

Role: Associate / Sr. Associate - Compliance Operations
Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Summary:
The role involves managing on-ground licensing and compliance operations, including coordination with government authorities, regulatory departments, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and renewal of statutory licenses and approvals required for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit government departments, municipal corporations, and regulatory offices for submissions and follow-ups
- Liaise with officials for approvals related to Trade Licenses, FSSAI, Insecticide, Drug Licenses, etc.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central regulatory requirements
- Handle renewals, amendments, and modifications of licenses
- Maintain proper physical and digital records of approvals and correspondence




- Escalate delays/issues with proper documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, landlords, and external agencies where required
- Support timely completion of compliance activities for new store/site launches

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Law / Commerce preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory liaison roles
- Robust understanding of government procedures and documentation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in field-based roles
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation management

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
