About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Barista to craft exceptional beverages and create a welcoming cafe experience. As the bridge between quality coffee and happy customers, you’ll prepare drinks and provide top-notch service. This role requires enthusiasm, precision, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Barista Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and effective workflow
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies, such as cups, lids, and condiments, as needed
- Stay updated on beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and cafe promotions
- Align tasks with customer experience and operational goals




- Communicate customer feedback and order details to team members

Barista Qualifications and Skills
- Strong customer service and beverage preparation abilities
- Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques and cafe operations
- Excellent proficiency with espresso machines and point-of-sale systems
- Experience in fast-paced food or beverage service environments
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education required
- 6+ months of experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role preferred
- Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe guidelines)
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality beverages
- Certifications in coffee training (e.g., SCA Barista Skills) or food handling are a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 p
