Responsibilities:
- Resolving complex technical nuances independently and determining appropriate escalation paths when necessary. You will execute both conventional and innovative approaches to architect solutions and decompose technical challenges effectively.
- You will leverage your extensive experience in incident response, change management, and problem management to effectively support production environments and collaborate with Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
- Designing and implementing data promoted solutions informed by operational metrics and critical performance indicators. You will engage cross-functional team members using active listening strategies and targeted questioning techniques to identify optimal solutions and influence strategic action plans.
- Demonstrating personal and professional resilience while navigating challenging situations with composure, tact, and diplomacy. You will maintain a strong client, customer,



and stakeholder-focused approach when addressing issues and problems managed by your team.
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate monitoring and capacity analysis and documentation, validating outputs and handling operational data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Applies reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to identify recurring capacity risks and improve remediation workflows, ensuring changes are validated and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.
- Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering disciplines with 3+ years of applied qualified experience is required.
- Deep technical expertise in Windows Server operating systems from Windows Server 2016 through 2025 is mandatory, along with proven experience in Windows Server builds, performance tuning,
