We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Cricket Coach to train and mentor students in cricket. The coach will be responsible for developing players' technical skills, physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while preparing teams for inter-school and competitive tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct cricket coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
- Teach batting, bowling, fielding, wicket-keeping, and game strategies.
- Assess players' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize practice matches and training schedules.
- Prepare teams for school, district, state, and other competitive tournaments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during training sessions.
- Maintain sports equipment and report requirements for new equipment.
- Promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Coordinate with school management regarding tournament participation and sports events.
- Maintain attendance and performance records of players.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification in Cricket Coaching (preferred).
- Experience in coaching school or college-level cricket teams.
- Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, and fitness training.
- Good communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to work with students from different age groups.
- Former district/state/national-level player will be an added advantage.
