We're looking for a detail-oriented *Software Testing Specialist* who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Verify bug fixes and perform post-release validation.
- Ensure software meets quality, usability, security, and performance standards.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a QA perspective.




- Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
- Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and testing processes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Manual Testing.
- Robust knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
- Good understanding of SQL for database validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Automation Testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, etc.).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
