Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, production, and finance departments.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages.
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Conduct market research to identify recent suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
