Unified Infotech is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager with a strong foundation in Business Analysis (BA) to take on a hybrid role that combines 75% BA responsibilities with 25% managing the presales proposal preparation process. As a Pre-Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, draft proposals, and manage pre-sales activities while ensuring quality product delivery from the functional side. You will drive the end-to-end process of capturing business requirements, preparing technical solutions, and leading the proposal preparation for prospective clients.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical analysis and client-facing pre-sales activities. You will be a vital part of a energetic team,



helping to identify new business opportunities and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Management:
- Oversee and drive end-to-end presales activities, including coordinating with internal teams to create and deliver proposal documents (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
- Manage and facilitate discussions with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and create solutions that align with both technical and business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client expectations and deadlines are met, while also aligning internal technical resources for accurate estimation and planning.
- Review and refine proposal documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Manage the creation and validation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) as needed to demonstrate the feasibility of solutions.
