Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end full-stack features with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability across front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Perform thorough code reviews, contribute to improving code quality and long-term maintainability, and debug production issues with durable, well-considered fixes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features while contributing to key architectural decisions and staying deeply involved in implementation.
- Reduce technical debt and improve existing systems through strategic refactoring and modernization, demonstrating technical leadership through code quality,



system design, and end-to-end ownership.

Role Essentials — What You Bring:
- 6-10+ years of professional software development experience with robust, hands-on expertise in full-stack development using .NET on the back end.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including React, Angular, or Vue, with solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs, grounded in strong software design principles and patterns.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows, with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently on complex engineering challenges.

What We'd Like to See — Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
