elevates associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues, maximizes the financial performance of the department and oversees the development & implementation of the departmental strategies- Essential Job Tasks- Ensure timely delivery of guest garments and provide high quality of linen and uniforms as per the instructions.- Areas of Responsibility- Maintain efficient and prompt service, And timely delivery of all guest Garments.- Ensures systematic adherence to cleaning instructions.- Follows the complaint handling procedure.- Ensures adherence to environmental procedures.- Ensures upkeep of all the equipment.- Conducts training as an on-going process- Always attends and provides inputs for internal meetings.- Be familiar with the emergency and safety procedures- Reviews log book for special requests and special instructions.- Answers telephone in a courteous manner.- Feeds the relevant data w
