JD Client Servicing Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Understand client business objectives and marketing goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Conduct routine follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Support account managers in building long-term client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for value addition.

Project Execution & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Track campaign progress, flagging potential bottlenecks and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and performance summaries.
- Ensure weekly status updates are sent,



and client receive transparent timelines,next steps and escalation matrix if needed.

Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support strategic recommendations.

Business Growth Support:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services based on client needs.
- Assist in pitch presentations and proposal development to support new business acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Must be familiar with basic advertising guidelines including ASCI code, RERA compliance (for real estate) and BFSI communication standards.
- Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing, project management, or account management roles within an ad agency on client side.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
