We are seeking a high-energy, savvy Technical Recruiterto join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; you’ll be the bridge between top-tier engineering talent and the innovative projects that drive our company forward.

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles.
- Sourcing Strategy:ATS tools (CEIPAL), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing methods.
- Market Intelligence:Stay updated on US tech market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements to provide data-driven insights to hiring teams.

Qualifications s Skills




- Experience:1-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the US market(handling time zones, US Visas, and tax terms like W2/C2C).
- Technical Literacy:A solid grasp and the ability to screen for tech stacks.
- Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you should be able to write a "cold" reach-out that actually gets a response.
- Tools:Proficiency with ATS (CEIPAL) platforms and various job portals (Monster, Dice) and advanced sourcing tools.
- Adaptability:The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities can shift overnight.

Pay: ₹21,400.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
