Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- *Campaign Management:* Build, launch,



and manage paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager from scratch, leveraging advanced AI-driven campaign structures to ensure optimal budget utilization.
- *Audience Targeting:* Develop and test precise audience targeting strategies tailored to premium property owners, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and specific micro-markets.
- *A/B Testing & AI Creative Scaling:* Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, landing pages, and lead forms. Use AI creative engines to rapidly iterate on high-performing winning assets to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.
- *Analytics & Reporting:* Track, analyze, and present weekly/monthly performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR) and monitor the technical SEO health and traffic growth of the website blog.
