Devgiri Technologies is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. If you have a robust background in Java or Python, understand Full Stack Development, and love mentoring others, we want to hear from you You will play a key role in shaping aspiring developers by delivering hands-on technical training and guiding them through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions focusing on Full Stack Development concepts.
- Conduct practical, hands-on coding sessions to ensure students grasp core programming concepts.
- Guide students through the complete lifecycle of real-time projects.
- Prepare, update, and manage training materials, assignments, and technical assessments.
- Mentor students, provide technical troubleshooting support, and track their learning progress.





Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in software development or technical training.
- Core Skills: Strong, hands-on knowledge of Java (Core & Advanced) OR Python.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Full Stack Development principles and frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (MCA, BCA, MSc IT, MSc CS, B.Tech, BE).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a genuine passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
- Prior teaching or peer-mentoring experience is considered a strong advantage.
