_Purpose of role_

Supervising overall progress of project taking and perform as a link between the PMC and the Company.

Mivan experience is a must
- Key Responsibilities_ *
- Mivan shuttering and bantam shuttering
- Manage the project in coordination with PMC and Contractor
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule
- Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and with the management.
- Inspection of the work
- Control and monitor material and equipment expenses.
- Coordination with suppliers of material
- Coordinate with the HO for overall commercial part of the project
- Controlling site office staff and activities
- _Desired Skills & Experience_
- 6-8 Years’ experience as a Supervisor for new -‐building commercial and residential projects.
- Eye for details




- Courage to highlight the issues to Company
- Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.
- Excellent relationship building and team management skills
- Assertive in taking decision
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Deep insight of Real estate sector, Construction management,

Eye for detail with Timeline management

Salary : upto 8 Lakhs

Required education:
- High school or equivalent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
