About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and expand our presence across industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Agro-Chemicals, Paints, and Manufacturing. The role involves lead generation, account management, sales conversion, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation
- Conduct market research to explore current products and opportunities.
- Source potential suppliers for customer requirements.

Sales & Business Development
- Understand customer requirements and provide quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Convert leads into business through follow-ups and negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and close deals effectively.





Account Management
- Manage existing accounts and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate order dispatches and payment collections.
- Monitor customer orders, deliveries, and receivables.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Reporting & CRM
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
- Update sales pipelines using Excel and CRM tools.
- Share weekly sales updates and forecasts with management.
- Track sales performance and business opportunities.

Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics, inventory, and finance teams.
- Communicate stock availability and delivery timelines to clients.
- Support management in identifying business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
